Law firm to support five good causes for next two years

East of England based law firm Frazer Dawbarns has increased the number of charities it will support.

While it previously supported one charity a year, most recently Little Miracles, it has decided that each of its five offices will back a good cause of their choice local to them.

Breast of Friends will be supported by King’s Lynn staff; Cambridge and Ely Child Contact Centres in Ely; Ravenswood Pet Rescue in Wisbech; Arthur Rank Hospice Charity nominated by the firm’s March office; and West Norfolk Autism Group chosen by the Downham Market team.

The charity partnerships run from May this year to April 2028.

“Events currently being planned for the coming few months include our annual golf day, a treasure hunt and quizzes in two different towns,” said the firm’s managing partner Iain Grimes.

“As always, we will be incredibly grateful to those of our client businesses and professional contacts who support the initiatives and join us in raising much needed funds for some of the fantastic charities in our local communities.

“We asked those working in the firm to nominate charities they would like to support and then put final decisions in each location to a vote.

“It is interesting and rewarding to see that the result is commitment to a diverse range of charities across our geography, all of whom do an excellent job in supporting local people and their families in different ways.”
