JP Morgan lures Wu away from BlackRock

JP Morgan Asset Management has hired Jennifer Wu as its global head of Sustainable, luring her away from BlackRock where she was a member of its Sustainable Investing team.

"JP Morgan has been integrating ESG factors across our investment teams globally and will continue to build capabilities to meet increasing client demand for sustainable investing," said Shari Schiffman, co-head of Global Product Strategy. "We believe that Jennifer will build on our strong results and establish J.P. Morgan as a global leader in sustainable investing through continued ESG integration and the development of new, innovative strategies."

Wu will also lead JP Morgan's Sustainable Investing Leadership Team (SILT), a global team of senior leaders focused on sharing best practices for sustainable investing across asset classes.

Wu will be based in London.
