London mayor to create £90m green bond programme

London mayor Sadiq Khan will issue ‘City Hall’ green bonds in a £90m programme designed to increase the Capital’s sustainable infrastructure.

The money, part of the new Budget, will be split with £86m spent on the green bonds and he remainder on green investment opportunities that hope to raise £500m of investment.
